The National Council for Development of Human Potential organised with the Ministry of Science and Education annual conference Does the Croatian Qualification Framework contribute to the adaptation of the education system to the digital and green transition for the wide range of stakeholders (policy makers, educational institutions, employers, general public).

Conference was held live in Zagreb on December 6, 2023. The conference marks ten years of the implementation of the Croatian Qualifications Framework in Croatia, which initiated numerous changes in the qualifications system in Croatia and serves daily to achieve the relevance, transparency and quality of qualifications at all levels. The National Council, as strategic body for the implementation of the CROQF, organised the conference as a platform for discussion on may current topics related to education and the labour market.

Speakers were representatives of the higher education institutions and employers. Furthermore, two panel discussions were held (one for VET and one for HE) that were led by representatives of the agencies and members of the National Council. Panellists were representatives of the educational institutions (VET, adult education and HE), agencies and employers.

The conference was co-funded by European Union through the grant rewarded for support of the Croatian EQF NCP.
