Ministry of Science and Education published a public calls that lasted through the April, May and first part of June 2023, for all interested applicants to develop qualification standards in higher education. Furthermore, Ministry also informed all of the applicants that developed occupational standards for green occupations in higher education to send their proposals. Based on the collected proposals, nine qualification standards were developed by the proposed experts and they were sent to the competent agency for the evaluation procedures.  

Representative of the Section for CROQF in Ministry was a contact point for applicants and provided the support through the process of development of qualification standards. The development of the qualification standards was co-funded by European Union through the grant rewarded for support of the Croatian EQF NCP.
