The National Council for Development of Human Potential organised with the help of Ministry of Science and Education the annual conference Micro-credentials and vouchers – new opportunities for human resources development in 2022 for the wide range of stakeholders (policy makers, educational institutions, employers, general public).

Conference was held online on December 15, 2022. On June 16, 2022, the Council of European Union adopted a Recommendation on a European approach to micro-credentials for lifelong learning and employability. The aim of the conference was to inform various stakeholders about micro-qualifications and vouchers as new opportunities for improving human potential, as well as to contribute to the debate on micro-qualifications at the national level.

Speakers were president and members of the National Council that represented various institutions (Ministry of Science and Education, Ministry responsible for labour, institution for adult education, agencies in the education system, Croatian employers association) and a Croatian representative in BFUG TPG A. Beside the lectures, a panel discussion was held in which participants could participate and ask relevant questions.

The conference was co-funded by European Union through the grant rewarded for support of the Croatian EQF NCP.
